WHAT WE DO
- Once we receive a job specification, we will sit down with you and ensure we fully understand the role requirements, and the reasons for making the hire. We will ask about day rate, skillset needed, cultural and personality fit, timescales.
- We search through our own system and networks, and offer a referral scheme to bring in fresh talent. We also advertise via various social media and target freelancers who are in current positions.
- We negotiate salaries, employment terms, starting dates, and manage the recruitment process until the successful candidate commences their new role. We provide clients with impartial and expert counsel at all times.
- Once our candidate has finished freelancing we will find out if the client wishes to extend or needs a replacement.
